Former aerobics teacher trying to lose weight. In general I'm a positive person and I tend to look on the bright side of life. However, it's been different with my body. I can be in a good mood but suddenly I see a picture of myself and I feel so sad. I don't want my weight to be an issue anymore. I don't want my weight to be a reason for me to be unhappy. I want to be proud over my body and my way of life. Feel the same? Let's do this together!
